Halloween Fun .........Merrill Family 2014

 We thought you would all enjoy some fun pictures of our Halloween Costumes...I know we just had Christmas so these are way late.... Haha still thought it would be fun to share....enjoy

 So after Katelyn picked her Elisa Costume, Paul created the Olf snowman costume to go along with it when he had to go to a daddy daughter dance with her for a-days.( I was in Arizona when he created this costume I think he did pretty well) Then I created the Anna Costume to go with their costumes, from one of the German Dresses they sell here.

 Tanner wanted to be the character 'EGGS' from the new movie that just came out recently called Boxed Trolls. Whats funny if you have seen the movie he totally looks like the little boy in it.

 Trevor went with the Dinosaur Costume , we painted his face for fun.

  Brianna was a Princess of coarse, and looked cute. We had a fun night at the church Trunk-or-Treat.

I want to see my cousins across the ocean!

So Savannah has been on a cause lately (for months, seriously). She decided that it's her goal in life to see her cousins who live across the ocean!

We pass a house boat and she exclaims "that's just what we need! We could drive that across the ocean to see my cousins! Oh mom we NEED it!"

Or KC and I are flying to Denver for our anniversary (we are flying today even though out anniversary is next week) and when I told her she wasn't coming she broke down and cried. "But that's the whole reason I need to come! Because an airplane can fly across the ocean! How else am I going to make it across the ocean? I NEVER get to see them! So that's the whole reason!"

It's pretty cute how determined she is. I would love to make possible! We've always wanted to come visit you guys (Jenae and Paul) while you're still in Germany. Anyways tell all your kiddos that Savannah REALLY wants to visit them! :-)

Hoiday Park-Germany-Merrill Family

Merrill Adventures at Holiday Park in Germany

In the picture below we are eating some little doughnuts from one of the little shops.

 We found a fun amusement park , about an hour from our house, it is called Holiday park.We got a year pass recently, so it has been fun to go there sometimes on the weekend with the kids and some of our friends who also have passes. There are lots of fun rides.

                       All over the kid area are these giant flowers etc it is kind of fun.

 My Favorite ride was these funny grasshoppers that went up and down all along the rail. I guess it makes you feel like a kid riding on a giant grasshopper among giant flowers, felt like we stepped in to and enchanted fairy forest. So fun, Brianna enjoyed this ride as well.

 Ok so maybe I loved the giant flower ride with Tanner too, the flowers go up and down and at the top they spray you with water so fun trying to not get sprayed. Tanner was laughing so hard it was cute. And again just something fun about riding in a giant flower through a kid wonderland.

 So this was a scary ride and yes I went on it with Paul. I think it is called sky drop. I was so scared and Paul was like come on lets go on it. So because I love him I went on it, and of coarse screamed all the way down it , scared me so much then it was over. Haha then after I was like that was not to bad. HaHa(not sure if  I would do it again, but it was a thrill to do it once with Paul)

 Of coarse in the middle of the day, we got the usual german rain, that always adds to the adventure.It was raining pretty good. Most people just put on rain coats and went on with the day, it was kind of funny. We got pretty wet but it was fun.

 This is us on the carousel , after we were all soaked from the rain. The kids loved the carousel ride and kept getting in line, to go again and again.
